Hi
I just bought an genuine Dell W476P battery slice for my XFR E6400, but when I plug it into the media bay, and screw in the four screws and turn it on, I got a blinking battery symbol, alternating from blue to orange and so on. I checked my BIOS, and there it says Communication Error, and I could see that my laptop does not recognize my secondary battery. Anyone else experienced this before, and do any of you have any solution? Any help would be very much appreciated!
Note: I am not VERY good at the technical stuff, but with some guidance it should be okay :)
