water on right side on Dell inspiron 15r

Hi,

This is one classic morning issue :)

water on the right side on my laptop and it died.... it was not much but i think i found the week place.

i open up the laptop whit the 2 shrews at the botton on the laptop some water ram out but i was not much and i didn't spilled much water just on the right corner where i think the hard disk is located.... 

it has now dried for more the 24 hours but no life in it when i connect to the electricity.

Is it any fuse on the motherboard or some where else that hopefully triggered...on the laptop.

I have not found any good information about that and i hope that someone here can help me.
