Hi there,
This is my first time ordering a Dell laptop, and so far I have been pretty impressed with it. I have had the laptop for less than a week, and today I ran into a problem with the audio from the computer.
When I play audio through headphones or through the internal speakers, I get this weird static/clicking sound in the background of the audio. It is extremely annoying, and at first I thought it had something to do with my headphones, but when I unplugged them I realized that it came from the speakers as well.
I spent a while troubleshooting the problem before posting here, and I found that when I move the mouse or open or close things, the static happens, but if I just leave everything still, it doesn't happen as often. This lead me to believe that it might be an issue caused by the graphics card (Intel HD graphics 5500).
Any ideas? Although it's a great computer, I'm a little disappointed with the audio problem, and I hope that it's an easy issue to resolve from home.
