I bought my Dell Inspiron 17R laptop off QVC one year ago. It won't start all of a sudden and beeps continuously. I've seen many complaints about this problem with other people. I thought Dell was a great company but apparently not. I would like my money back for this faulty laptop. I called Dell for help and some foreign lady was on the other end. I could not understand her. She had an accent that was hard to understand. I think everyone who is having this problem with this product should start a class action *** with Dell. The Dell lady said she would sent a technician to my home to fix it but it would cost me $169 plus parts. I could use that money towards a new laptop with another company. If anyone out there in the Dell company would like to defend your problem I'm listening. But with so many people having the same problems I think Dell needs to address this issue without more money coming out of our pockets.
