Dell XPS L502X Auto reboot issue

Hi

I have been using this laptop for about 3years and recently(about 2 weeks) it started to auto reboot system randomly.

And I haven't installed any new software or anything recently so what could be causing this? and how to fix?

Couple of things to mention:

# I noticed that my system mostly auto reboots when I run this game: Steam > Dota2 but it auto reboots when doing nothing or watching something on media player as well (so i suppose I cant point fingers at the game as the culprit).

# About few months back "My dell" notification suggested that my battery life is at 50%, could this be the battery(I cant check anymore as newly updated dell support assist doesn't seem to update battery life properly .. it displays battery life is still at 50% which cant be right as its been months, it should go down even if its a few percent, right?)

# When "My Dell" first updated to "support assistant" .. my system had this issue  ..  en.community.dell.com/.../19618210 .. I had to fix it by removing "support assistant" ... be-advised I reinstalled it recently, couple of days back and this auto reboot issue is more frequent since then however it started before I reinstalled "support assistant" .. still wondering could this be the reason?

# Or could it be overheating?

Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium, Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)

I need this fixed asap, please suggest possible solution.
