My xps l702x powers on briefly then shuts down not completeing POST. The battery is fully charged and the AC adapter is working. I have removed each ram stick and switched slots, remove the hard drive, the optical drive, and tried to power up after each, with the same results. There has been no new software or hardware. It is as it came from dell, no upgrades. Windows 7, 12gb ram. It had done this a couple of times two weeks ago, then started normally and it hadnt happened again until now.
