Hi,
I have Dell XPS 15 9530 and it's not charging when it's turned off. I can't even power on when it's plugged because power button doesn't work. I need to unplug AC Adapter to power on and then plug ac adapter again to work fine. Every diagnostic test is ok. What's happening ?
