I purchased a second hand laptop, but the hard drive has been wiped, and there is no installation media
It does have the Windows 7 Pro key, & service tag (out of warranty though)
After searching the Dell website, I have not been able to find how to get/order OS Installation media.
Checking the Microsoft site (which now supports downloading OS .iso's), using this key says I need to contact the manufacturer(Dell) to arrange media
So... here I am
Can anyone help?
