I am IT professional, I work daily with Dell Servers and Product, I do have a year old Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop touch screen, wife is the one using it, one day, she told me the screen for some reason for some reason has one crack with only one line crack, as many of you know, when you physically drop the laptop, you will see the lines will extended through the screen, When I first open a case with Dell support, I talk to the manager of customer representative, she promised me to investigate this issue and let me know, so I paid $269, and shipped out the laptop, enclosed I left a note ask to find out what is going on? when I got back a fixed laptop, no one told me what is the real reason the screen cracked? but so many dell rep follow up call? no one can explain what real cause it because they have not directly worked on the laptop, oh yeah, everyone is confident is drop, or physically damage. Today another dell rep called, said how is everything? I said I am still waiting for my answer, and he said sorry we can't help, can I close the case? I said since I didn't get my answer back, can I leave my case open.
Out of my frustration, I wrote this complain, just wonder where is the customer service? What about dell name?
