alot of ppl struggling with their touchpad doing things like scrolling and what not. i found out, that the onscreen keyboard causes my touchpad gestures to not work half the time. i had a program that kept loading it , even when i had set it not to load in services. when it was loaded the scrolling feature didnt work most of the time. but, all i had to do was turn it off (onscreen keyboard) then turn off Chrome (the browser i use the most) and then the scrolling worked just fine. still touchy sometimes, but it and the other gestures worked fine. i also would turn off the onscreen keyboard, turn off my browser and close the lid to put the laptop to sleep. for some reason that helped. and it fixed the problem everytime
