Issue: USB devices keep disconnecting due to bad connectivity.
It started with 1 USB port, now the second USB port shows the same issues. Devices connected to it keep connecting/disconnecting.
Placing a small object underneath the USB connector so it's pushed upwards with little force, the connection becomes stable.
The connectors are of bad quality and/or they are mounted badly on the motherboard.
Google "XPS 9530 USB" and you will see there are many XPS 9530 users with the same issue.
So far Dell hasn't come up with a decent solution to the problem. They have offered to replace the motherboard with a refurbished one (which had/has whatever problems in the past).
