Checking media [Fail] - Dell Inspiron 3521

Hello , this is my first time writing here.
My problem is : I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 , some days ago my laptop dropped on the floor and i heard a weird noise coming from the hdd . My laptop closed and i kept hearing this weird noise everytime i was trying to boot and eventually the only thing i was getting on screen was Checking media [Fail] and then No bootable device could be found . I understood that this was the end for this hdd so i ordered another one online . After 4-5 days i got it and now everytime i am trying to boot i get this error even with the new hdd .
I was checking for similar questions like this on several forums and most people solved this by going to the BIOS -> Boot -> UEFI Boot -> and choosing Windows Boot Manager to be on top . The problem is i don't have such an option . I only get UEFI Onboard LAN IPv4 and UEFI Onboard LAN IPv6 . I don't know what else to do . Btw here are some of the options i have selected on the BIOS screen (all of them are the defaults actually) :

Advance tab
Intel<R>SpeedStep <Enabled>
Virtualization <Enabled>
Integrated NIC <Enabled>
USB Emulation <Enabled>
USB Wake Support <Disabled>
Sata Operation <AHCI>
Adapter Warnings <Enabled>

Boot Tab
Secure Boot <Enabled>
Load Legacy Option Rom <Disabled>
Boot List option <UEFI>
Secure Boot Mode <Standard>
