We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate for all the trouble shooting steps tried to resolve the issue.
Please try performing a couple of troubleshooting steps in order to determine the issue with the computer.
1. Please disconnect all peripherals (battery, AC Adapter, USB devices) from the computer and release the flea power by pressing and
holding Power button for a minute.
2. Please Connect the AC adapter to a known good power outlet. Check Power LED indicator on AC Adaptor (without plugging into the Notebook).
3. If LED on the AC adapter is not lit (when unplugged from notebook), reseat brick and cable. If AC adapter LED goes off after connecting to system
it could be system board failure.
4. You may also try connecting a known good adapter.
If the above steps don’t help you may consider replacing System board.
