Ever since I got this notebook back from the repair depot, i've noticed some strange behavior from the touch screen aspect of the computer. Everything else works fine on it. I can boot into windows etc. When I start to use my touch screen once in a while it will automatically start showing a bunch of dots on the screen as if I'm pressing down on the touch screen but I'm not. Sometimes I cant swipe up to unlock the computer. Sometimes the dots will show up in a straight line with more than just one and when I press the Window key, it brings me back to the tiles and just opens up any app. My only way to restart the computer is by either taking the battery off or pressing the power button down. Dell has already sent a technician to my home to replace the touch screen plus dell's tech support line but the problem is still there. Could it be possible that a touch screen controller on the motherboard can cause this problem? Is there anybody else who is experiencing this problem as well or had a similar problem in the past?? I've provided a photo as to what is happening w my touch screen. AND I'M NOT EVEN TOUCHING IT!!!!!
