Dell Inspiron 3512 Win8 x64bit
I want to disable the splash screen (date and time window) on boot etc.

for "For Dell™ Inspiron™ 3500, 5000, 7500, and 7000 Systems ... "Quite Boot" option does not exist on my laptop.
How do I permanently disable the splash screen , it serves no useful function other than more clicks to start work.
