I used "Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US" to tranfert the ISO image to the USB stick.
I had to disable the "BOOT from USB" option in the BIOS after the first automatic reboot. Otherwise, it keeps rebooting from the UBS and copying the installation over ad over again.
This doesn't occurs with BOOT from DVD, cuz you need to press a key to actually boot fro a DVD.
Otherwise, it's pretty straight forward process.
