Please private message us with the PPID no. or the S/N no. of the battery by referring to the picture below on the battery you have purchased. This will help us to check if the battery is compatible with the system or not. To send a private message, click on my name and select start conversation.
Also, Please follow the steps mentioned below to check if the Battery is detected properly.
1. Start the computer by pressing the power button
2. Press the F2 key 2-3 times
3. You will now be on the BIOS screen
4. Under the General Tab look for the option that says Battery Information.
5. Please let me know what you find under Battery Information.
