You Must at least disassemble it to get to the CMOS battery..... Then short the to Pins oft the battery for 2 seconds... And / or leave it sit for One Day without any batteries or Power Cord. And / or Switch it on without CMOS Battery.
If it does Not help, you can try swapping CMOS ic.
