Bluetooth of My Laptop Dell Latitude E5410 is not working..

I have just purchased Laptop Dell Latitude E5410 but Bluetooth device of my System is not working .. I have visited almost 100 sites but can't find solution to turn it on. My Laptop have clear symbols of Wireless connection and Bluetooth above Key F1.. Wireless Network On/Off button also exists in my laptop but there is no Button to turn on Bluetooth. Please help me in this regard.
