I have tried . . I unhooked the power cord . . .removed the battery . . .and held down the start button for 30 seconds. Put it all together and it still just beeps 7 times and I have the black screen of death. And you say to add you as a friend . .I don't know how to do that . . . I see nothing on this board that will allow me to do that. I wish that I could .
