i'm shiful islam from bangladesh , i use dell inspiron n4110 in windows 7 os ..
i can't able to shut down my machine , when i press shut down , it's can't shut down , it's auto restarting .. 1 month ago i faced same problem , i met the shop where i bought this , they installed new windows and format my c drive .. now this time i face this problem again .. i use microsoft security essential .. i scaned full system but no malware is detected !!
any one help me please
