Re: Persistent Unresolved problems with my Inspiron 13Z

And today morning was heights the folks from Dell Service centre call me up and say the problem cannot be resolved. Please collect the laptop from our service centre and drop a e-mail to Dell Inspiron e-mail ID. I have persistent problems when the laptop was in warranty. I dropped the laptop in the service centre when it was under warranty. I have paid for warranty extension before expiry but dell has not extended the warranty.

Now the dell folks tell me to pick up the laptop without fixing the problem neither are they extending the warranty. This is absolutely pathetic service. No single person is ready to take ownership. Could someone please suggest how I need to handle this situation?
