Dear Allan D,
I have tapped F12 key repeatedly (pressed once in a second) around 10 minutes, only the same dell logo appearing and it can't go further.. I mean no response.. also the same with FN+Power button. I can't go into PSA diagnostics.
Please suggest me if i need to do something else.
