Re: Not loading windows/ failure to load Dell Inspiron to startup

Hello Praveenphys,

I would request you to run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics. Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action. To run the test, restart the computer and keep tapping F12 key repeatedly to boot the system into One Time Boot Menu. In case, this doesn't work, power off the computer and press the FN+Power Button and it would evoke the PSA Diagnostics.
