I've connected the laptop to an external monitor, but don't get any response on it. I'm pretty sure it is a video driver issue, since I've found that sometimes if you attempt to turn on the computer many times, it will randomly work, including the screen. When this happens however, I haven't been able to find any sign of an issue. Also, there is a noticeable lightening of the screen when the computer is turned on.
Using the FN + Power button diagnostic, I get the same code as I described above.
