Hell Balbita
I connected the Dell Inspiron 1564 to an External Monitor, still there was no display. I connected a Hp Laptop to the same external monitor and there was a display. I then reconnected the Dell Inspiron 1564 to the external monitor (just to double check again), still no display on both the Dell's LCD and External monitor. I held the "Fn" key down and pressed "F8" key, still no display on the External Monitor.
I just remembered my Battery has been given me issues for 2 years now. But I use the Laptop strictly with power supply and I always shut down properly! I rarely hibernate my Dell.
As I power on the Laptop again, I heard d 6 short beeps and 5 short beeps, still no display on the screen. The Laptop boots to the windows welcome page where I input my password without a screen display, all I hear is the sound of windows, sound of skype.
What would you suggest I try next!?
