I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Quickset Application. Please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Click “Start”, type “Programs and Features” and press enter.
- In the “Programs and Features” window, right click “Quickset64”, click “Change/Uninstall”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.
- Restart the computer.
- Use the following link to download the Dell Quickset Application: http://dell.to/15M0IlG
- Click the link, click Download file and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
- Restart the system and check the functionality of the Caps Lock key.
