It seems the issue is with the operating system. However, you may update the firmware for optical drive.
Please check and share the model for optical drive from the device manager to provide you with the correct firmware for the system. you may follow the steps below:
- Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen
- Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
- Click > sign next to ‘DVD/CD ROM drive’ and check for the model.
