Major Issues reported, but can't contact support

Hi there

I have run the Dell PC Diagnostics, and it's showing some critical errors with memory, CPU and video card. So I tried to contact support via email (because it's past midnight here and I don't want to get on to the phone)

But I am told when I enter my Service Tag 
"We are unable to verify the service attached to the Service Tag or Express Service Code you have entered. Please verify your entry. If you recently purchased a system, please try again in 48 hours or contact us by phone."

Also on my diagnosis page I can see this:
"Sorry we appear to have an issue with one of our services (ASQ) , please wait a few minutes and try again."

Well I've been waiting 20 minutes and no luck. 

Any ideas?
