I have an issue with my dell XPS 14 ultrabook, when i pick it up off of the ground or table, the system shuts down by itself and I am unable to start it back up from the power button for anywhere between 5-10 minutes. I have tried contacting dell on numerous occasions and nothing has been done. My laptop is completely unusable due this issue and it was a waste of money purchasing this laptop for $1200+ at launch only to have a defective system. I am also having several other issues with this system and it seems dell does not want to do anything to fix it. This issue went to escalations and the escalations person was very hostile and rude towards my problems and told me she was closing the ticket.
