Thanks for reaching out to us. Am sorry to hear about the trouble that your facing with the system. First, run the system PSA diagnostics to isolate any Hardware issue. Just restart system and tap F12 on dell logo. As mentioned, use the Ac adapter to turn on the system. Let me know of the results once done.
