Re: Computer crashed and have a blue screen.

Hi,

Welcome to the community

For Blue Screen issues, I suggest that you run diagnostics first to check hardware functionality. Restart the computer, on Dell logo keep tapping F12. Choose diagnostics and run test. Post error codes here.

If all test passed, it means the problem is within Operating System, either a driver, an update or application triggers the blue screen error. You can run a system analyzer to check the root cause of blue screen. Run this application ;

www.resplendence.com/.../whocrashedSetup.exe

(you can only do this if you can still boot to windows)
