Please let us know what steps did you perform to get the system to boot to windows? generally the 3 beep error code indicates that the motherboard has failed. Try releasing static power and check if the problem persists, follow the steps below.
Switch off the system; remove the battery, ac adapter and the power cable. Press and hold down the power button for thirty seconds to drain any excess static power.
