Hi Harish M,

Thank you for your reply. I checked to make sure the wireless is enabled upon startup. However, there is another issue that has occurred in the past week. It seems the display has a bluish tint now, especially in areas where the screen should be white. Upon startup, the boot screen also has red dots everywhere and two red vertical lines down the screen. I fear that the graphics card, lcd, or motherboard is failing. The wireless still does not work as well. I have no clue what steps to take next. Maybe reinstalling drivers, but I think this is a hardware issue. As I've said before, this laptop hasn't suffered any physical damage that could have caused this. Thank you again for your help.
