Re: USB at Right Hand and Back side of my Inspiron 15R N5110 are not working

Hi Deep,

The USB port on the right side and the one on the rear end of Inspiron N5110 are USB 3.0 ports. We can try reinstalling the USB 3.0 drivers which can help us with the issue. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Click Start, type Device Manager and press Enter.
  • Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
  • Right click the USB 3.0 Host Controller drivers and click Uninstall.
  • Ensure to check the box for Delete driver software for this device.
  • Restart the computer after uninstallation.
  • Refer the following link to download the USB 3.0 drivers: http://dell.to/13lEREC
  • Install the drivers and restart the computer.
