In device manager check if the webcam is detected? Follow the steps below.
Start> in search box type in device manager> under the imaging device> check if the webcam is detected.
In case the webcam is detected in device manager; please run the Dell PC diagnostics on webcam and let us know about the status. Use the link below to run the Dell PC diagnostics, click on symptom, select webcam and run the diagnostics.
In addition you can uninstall and re-install the webcam software. To uninstall the webcam software follow the steps below.
Start> in search box type in programs and features> select the webcam software right click on it and click on uninstall.

Once the Webcam Central software is installed, check if the webcam is working fine?
