Dell FastAccess Facial Recognition software is available for download from the My Dell Downloads page, which requires you to login and validate your system for eligibility. For more information on My Dell Downloads, refer to My Dell Downloads - Frequently Asked Questions.
If it didn't come with the software it will not be available on the My Dell Downloads page.
