I have an inquiry regarding the international warranty transfer...
I bought my Dell Alienware m17xR4 directly at Dell Online in Calgary 4 months ago.
I posted before that my system has a problem and a Tech Support told me that it got short circuit on the motherboard and they will assess as soon as I get back in Canada. Unfortunately, my employer terminated my contract and it there is no possibility to come back.
I am here in my country, Philippines. There is no authorize service center here, isn't it right? but the Dell the authorize distributors and they have the technical support team.
I was able to visit the branch and they advised me to have the "International Warranty Transfer".
How can I make the transfer to have my Alienware M17xR4 fix here in the Philippines ?
