This seems to be an issue with the Network card. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to check the network card. The network card is integrated on the motherboard. The entire motherboard would require replacement.
If you wish to connect your system using the Ethernet connection, you may use an USB to Ethernet adapter as an alternative as motherboard is an expensive commodity.
