Please post your full system model and Windows version running on the system.
Also access Device Manager,expand Network Adapters,post back the type of wireless card listed there.
Do you have other systems which is able to connect to the same wireless network? Is your system detecting the wireless network?Do you get any error message while trying to connect to the wireless network?
